What are Alerts?
• Alerts are emails sent to you to notify you of certain events or transactions that happen on your account.

How can I get Alerts?
• To activate Alerts you must first sign in using the Account Access to Online Banking, once you have succesfully signed in the Alerts page is located under the Administration tab. Choose which type of Alert (Service or Account) you would like alerts you would like to receive for any type of account you have and click on the Add button. Here you can determine whether you would like to receive Alerts via email, phone call or text.

How do I edit my Alerts?
• Once you have set your Alerts you may go back to this screen at any time to edit or add different alerts to your Alert schedule. To edit an Alert click Change.

How do I stop alerts?
• To delete alerts you can return at any time to the Alerts page and click the delete button. If you would like to remove all alerts make sure to Delete any alert you may have added previously.

Can I change where my Alerts are sent?
• At any time you may change where your Alerts are sent. At the tope of the Alerts page there is a section to Add/Change any contact information you may wish to receive Alerts from.

How long after I sign up are the Alerts are sent?
• Once you have enrolled in the Alerts feature you will begin immediately receiving the notifications for the transactions or actions you have selected.

How much do Alerts cost?
• Columbia Credit Union provides the Alert feature at absolutely no cost. You can add as many Alerts as you need and will not be charged.

Which accounts can I sign up for Alerts?
• You may sign up any account that is enrolled in online banking for the Alert program. If you have a secondary account that is not enrolled in Online Banking you can call customer service at 573-256-2500 and activate online banking.

I don’t want Alerts sent to me while I’m sleeping.
• You can set up a Quiet Time for any amount of time and in any time zone. Choose the Alert Quiet Time option in the Contact Information section.
